  • What is the time commitment?

    This course requires approximately 2 - 4 hours of study per week, but can vary depending on the student. This includes watching videos, and taking quizzes and assessments. The total video time for this course is 3 Hours 44 minutes.

  • What will I learn?

    The difference between lifestyle goals and financial goals - How to construct a budget using your income and your expenses - How to use that budget to achieve your financial goals - The basics steps to starting to invest - The basic risks involved with debt How compound interest works - How to identify and avoid financial scams - How to avoid some of the common mistakes people make with their finances

  • When will I have access to the lectures and assignments?

    Once you enroll, you’ll have access to all videos, quizzes, and programming assignments (if applicable). If you choose to explore the course without purchasing, you may not be able to access certain assignments.

  • What if I need additional time to complete the course?

    Not a problem - course schedules are flexible, and course fee payments provide 180 days of full course access and Certificate eligibility. Self-paced courses have suggested deadlines, but you won’t be penalized for missing deadlines as long as you earn your Certificate within 180 days.

  • What will I get if I pay for this course?

    If you pay for this course, you will have access to all of the features and content you need to earn a Course Certificate. If you complete the course successfully, your electronic Certificate will be added to your Accomplishments page - from there, you can print your Certificate or add it to your LinkedIn profile. Note that the Course Certificate does not represent official academic credit from the partner institution offering the course.

  • What is the refund policy?

    You will be eligible for a full refund until one week after your payment date. You cannot receive a refund once you’ve earned a Course Certificate, even if you complete the course within the two-week refund period.
